Our Story

Ingram Educational Consulting, LLC is a minority-owned consulting firm motivated to build leaders for the 21st century capable of implementing strategies effective in completing, sustaining, and growing organizational goals.

Our consulting firm provides training, leadership coaching, and team development services for education, the healthcare industry, private equity firms, and the public sector.

Ingram Educational Consulting was initially conceived by Orville Ingram, a seasoned school district administrator with over 15 years in leadership, overseeing district-wide special education implementation, supporting instructional planning, and designing curricula for large bodies of diverse students. Highly skilled in enhancing the learning experience, managing education-related operations, and leading a large-scale body of diverse staff & students. Adept at enhancing educational equality and diversity and integrating technology to foster seamless communication amongst community members.

Ingram completed an Advanced Masters of Education degree in Supervision and Administration at Bank Street College of Education and a Masters of Science in Special Education at Pace University. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in Communication at Florida International University and founded the Young Men's Leadership Group at Bronx Lab HS to support the academic and social-emotional needs of more than 20 young men of color.
